ZWISCHENMIETE Februar und März 2024 Neuehrenfeld

Die Wohnung liegt in Neuehrenfeld direkt bei der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Iltisstraße. Von dort aus kommt man mit der STR5 innerhalb von 15 min zum Kölner Hbf oder in 5 min in die Nähe vom Bahnhof Ehrenfeld. Zu Fuß ist ein Netto innerhalb von ca. 5 min zu erreichen, mit der STR5 eine Haltestelle weiter ein Rewe oder zu Fuß in ca. 7min ein Lidl. Sonst kommt man zu Fuß auch gut nach Ehrenfeld zur Venloer Straße um alle möglichen Erledigungen zu machen. Einen McFit gibt es dort auch.

The flat is in Neuehrenfeld right next to the tram station "Iltisstraße". You can take the STR5 to get to Cologne Central Station in 15 min or to Ehrenfeld Station in 5 min. By foot you can reach different Supemarkets like Netto in 5 min or Lidl in 7 min or any at Venloer Straße (a really busy street in Ehrendfeld). One station from Iltisstraße there is a REWE Market too. A McFit (Fitness Studio) is close too :)

Du würdest dir die Wohnung mit meiner super tollen Mitbewohnerin Kyra she/her (23) teilen. Sie macht gerne Sport legt Zuhause oder auf Parties nice Sets auf und ist auch malerisch begabt <3
Was Lautstärke angeht sind wir beide mega enstpannt und das solltest du vielleicht auch mitbringen, da Kyra eben manchmal in ihrem Zimmer auflegt. Schlafenszeiten werden natürlich respektiert und ein offenes Ohr für alles was das Zusammenleben angeht ist auch immer geboten <3



Eine grundlegende Sauberkeit ist uns wichtig und somit müsstest du dich etwas am Haushalt beteiligen. Wir wechseln uns eigentlich immer mit dem Putzdienst ab und machen sauber wenns einfach wieder nötig ist meistens 1x die Woche. Dazu gehört auch Müll rausbringen wenn der wieder voll ist.

You would share the apartment with my super awesome roommate Kyra, she/her (23). She enjoys sports, plays nice sets at home or at parties, and is also artistically talented <3 Regarding noise, we are both very relaxed, and it would be great if you could bring the same vibe, as Kyra sometimes plays music in her room. Sleeping times will, of course, be respected, and we always have an open ear for everything related to living together <3

Basic cleanliness is important to us, so you would need to participate in household chores. We usually take turns with cleaning duties and tidy up when it's necessary, usually once a week. This includes taking out the trash when it's full.

Die Miete beträgt insgesamt 370€ und ich hätte die zwei Monate gerne im Vorraus bezahlt, da ich leider etwas schlechte Erfahrungen mit Zwischenmiete gemacht habe. Dazu wäre eine Kaution in Höhe von 100€ denke ich fair um nicht auf mögliche zusätzliche Kosten sitzenzubleiben. Diese wird natürlich bei Hinterlassen der Wohnung im von dir aufgefundenen Zustand sofort zurückgegeben. Einen Vertag für die Zwischenmiete würde ich erstellen um uns beiden etwas Sicherheit zu bieten :)

The rent is a total of €370, and I would like the two months to be paid in advance, as I've unfortunately had some bad experiences with subletting. In addition, I believe a deposit of €100 would be fair to avoid being left with potential additional costs. This deposit will, of course, be immediately returned upon leaving the apartment in the condition you found it. I would create a sublease agreement to provide both of us with some security :)
