Da ich Köln für verlassen werde, suche ich eine*n Nachmieter*in für mein Zimmer. Mit Ausblick auf den Balkon bzw. ins Grüne hat man tagsüber sowie nachts seine Ruhe. Von morgens bis mittags lacht, je nach Jahreszeit, sogar die Sonne herein.
Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert übergeben.

I am looking for a new tenant to take over my room in our shared flat. Overlooking the greenery, it is a quiet room and in autumn/winter the sun even shines through the window in the morning.
The room is unfurnished.
Die WG liegt in Neuehrenfeld. Von hier aus ist man in wenigen Minuten im Grüngürtel bzw. Park und in 10-15 min im Zentrum Ehrenfelds, wo es jede Menge Cafés, Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt. Die nächsten Supermärkte (Rewe, Lidl) sind in 5-10 min zu erreichen.
Der Bahnhof Ehrenfeld ist in 10 min erreichbar, von wo aus S-Bahnen bzw. Regionalzüge fahren. Die nächste Haltestelle der Stadtbahn ist fußläufig in 6 min zu erreichen und bringt einen in 5 min in die Innenstadt bzw. in 10 min zum Hauptbahnhof.
Die Uni ist in 10-15 min bequem mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar.

The flat is located in Neuehrenfeld (northwestern part of the city). The Grüngürtel park is only a few minutes away, to the centre of Ehrenfeld it is a 10-15 min walk. There you'll find a lot of cafés , restaurants, bars and shopping opportunities. The closest supermarkets (Rewe, Lidl) can be reached within 5-10 min.
Ehrenfeld Station is 10 min away. From there you can take local and regional trains. To reach the tram you have to walk around 5 min. It will take you to the city centre within 5 min and to Cologne Central Station within 10 min. The university can be reached within 10-15 min by bike.
Du wohnst mit Hannah (32, berufstätig) und Johannes (26, Student) zusammen, die beide offene und unkomplizierte Menschen sind. Wir sitzen gerne mal in der Küche oder auf unserem heißgeliebten Balkon und quatschen, gelegentlich wird auch zusammen gekocht oder wir machen Spieleabende. Es handelt sich also nicht um eine Zweck-WG. Daher wäre es mir wichtig, dass Du auch Interesse am Austausch hast, damit die beiden sich wohlfühlen, was natürlich nicht heißt, dass man nicht auch mal die Türe zu machen und seine Ruhe haben kann. Obwohl wir alle gerne und viel unterwegs sind, halten wir es bei uns in der Wohnung eher ruhig.

Your flatmates will be Hannah (32, working) and Johannes (26, student), both of them being open and sociable people. We enjoy sitting together in the kitchen or on the balcony, like to cook together or play games every now and then. Therefore we are looking for someone not only for the limited purpose of sharing a flat but someone who would want to socialise and connect as well. Of course personal space and time needed for oneself are respected at any time. Even though we are all busy and out quite a lot, things are kept rather calm at home.
Wir haben einen Putzplan in der WG, da uns Sauberkeit sehr wichtig ist.
