Die Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen Neuehrenfelds, einem hippen und multikulturellen, gleichzeitig sicheren und schönen Teil der Kölner Innenstadt.
Es bietet eine fast schon dörfliche Atmosphäre im urbanen Herzen der Stadt, von wo alles, was man braucht, nur einen Steinwurf entfernt ist. Ob es die ruhige Inspiration oder belebte Stadt-Atmosphäre ist, die man sucht, man wird sicher fündig. Sowohl quirlige Hipster-Cafés als auch versteckte kleine Parks, Supermärkte, Kiosks, türkische Küche sowie viele andere Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. In der Nachbarschaft herrscht eine freundliche und entspannte Atmosphäre, die große und kleine Entdeckungstouren umso angenehmer macht.

The apartment is located in the heart of Neuehrenfeld, a hip and multi-cultural, yet safe and beautiful part of Cologne. It offers a village-like feeling in the middle of the city’s urban heart, from where everything you might need is a stone throw away. Whether one is looking for quiet solitude or lively inspiration, it can surely be found in a walking distance. Quirky hipster cafés, hidden little parks, supermarkets, late night markets, turkish eateries & all other types of restaurants and bars invite you for a stroll in the quarter‘s various streets and places. There is a friendly, relaxed and easy-going vibe in the whole neighbourhood, which makes discovery walks all the more enjoyable.

Die WG besteht aus 4 Zimmern plus Küche, Flur, Bad, WC, Abstellraum und gemeinsamen Balkon.

In dieser internationalen und interkulturellen WG herrschen die Werte von gegenseitigem Respekt und Vertrauen, sowie „Leben und leben lassen“.
Wir alle freuen uns über einen lockeren, verständnisvollen und kollegialen Umgang. Alle Mitbewohner sind berufstätig und haben viel zu tun.
Nichtsdestotrotz kochen wir gerne zusammen, wenn es sich ergibt, schätzen aber auch die gegenseitige Privatsphäre. Sauberkeit ist bei uns sehr wichtig und alle übernehmen gemeinsam die Verantwortung für die Wohnungspflanzen und eine gute Atmosphäre zu Hause.

Die gesamte Wohnung ist liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. In der Küche gibt es viele verschiedene Küchengeräte; unter Anderem auch eine Heißluftfritteuse.

Einziges Manko ist die Wasser-Temperaturschwankung, welche beim Duschen manchmal auftritt, sowie die Toilettenspülung, die manchmal mehrmals betätigt werden muss. Da wir im 3.OG eines Altbau-Gebäudes leben, ergeben sich höhenbedingt ab und zu druckmäßige Schwankungen in den Wasserleitungen.

This international and intercultural flat consists of four rooms, a kitchen, bathroom, WC, storage room and common balcony, which is accessible for all flatmates from the kitchen area.

In this shared home, the values of mutual respect and trust, as well as „Living and letting live“ are present.
We enjoy easy going and cheerful manners as well as a cooperative and communal ways. All flatmates are working full time, and usually have a lot to do. Nevertheless, we like to cook together from time to time, but also value each other’s privacy.
Cleanliness is very important to us and everybody shares the responsibility for the plants and a good atmosphere at home.

The whole apartment is carefully furnished in a loving way with a lot of attention to details.
The kitchen features an array of different cooking machines and tools; amongst other things also a hot air fryer.

The only shortcomings are the building's height-induced and temporary water pressure changes in the showering and toilet flushing functionalities.

Diese Untermiete ist zunächst vom 01.10.23 - 30.09.2024 angesetzt.
