Es wohnen zwei sehr zutrauliche und entspannte Katzen in der Wohnung!
Das Zimmer ist gut und groß geschnitten und befindet sich in Ostlage. Das Zimmer ist sehr ruhig, da es nach hinten rauszeigt. Alle Möbel können genutzt werden, inkl. Bildschirm, Fernseher, Technik etc. Das Wohnzimmer darf natürlich auch von dir mitbenutzt werden. Die Übergabe der Wohnung sollte im Ursprungszustand erfolgen, dh. auf ein Mindestmaß an Sauberkeit wäre zu achten. Gerne räume ich dir einige Fächer in meinem Schrank frei und mache dir soviel Platz wie du brauchst.
There are two very trusting and relaxed cats living in the flat!
The room is a good size and east facing. The room is very quiet as it faces the back. All furniture can be used, incl. screen, TV, technology etc.. Of course, you may also use the living room. The flat should be handed over in its original state, i.e. a minimum of cleanliness should be ensured. I would be happy to clear out some compartments in my wardrobe and make as much space as you need.
Die Wohnung is gut angebunden. Direkt vor der Tür fährt die Buslinie 142. Die Straßenbahnen 5 und 13 sowie der S-Bahnhof Nippes sind in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt einige Pizzerien und leckere portugisiesche Bäcker im Umkreis
The flat is well connected. Bus 142 runs directly in front of the door, trams 5 and 13 and the Nippes S-Bahn station are less than 10 minutes away on foot. There are several pizzerias and delicious Portuguese bakers in the vicinity.
Du lebst mit Remco zusammen - sehr lieb und hilfsbereit allerdings ist er berufstätig und wochentags erst abends zuhause. Außerdem sind Tommy und Sunny im Haus - zwei süße Siamkatzen, die jeden gern haben der/die sie streichelt.
You live with Remco - very loving and helpful, but he works and is only home in the evenings on weekdays. You also have Tommy and Sunny in the house - two sweet Siamese cats who love everyone who pets them.
