Kurz gesagt:
Gesucht wird eine Person, welche gerne was unternimmt, aber es auch okay ist, wenn man mal für sich ist. Jemand, die/der Lust und bereit dazu ist, unsere WG neu zu gestalten.
Der Rest klärt sich, wenn wir uns sehen.
Finde persönlich quatschen viel besser :)
Ich würde Untermieterin bleiben. Das bedeutet auch, dass du die vollständige Kaution übernehmen müsstest. Ich selber musste damals anstatt einer Kaution zu zahlen, eine Übernahme machen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Neuehrenfeld.
Die Nußbaumer und Liebigstraße sind 8 Minuten entfernt. Ehrenfeld Bahnhof und Nippes Bahnhof sind 10 Minuten entfernt.
Also alles ganz nah!
Bei uns wird im Wohnzimmer geraucht, weil wir keinen Balkon haben. Solange nicht alles vollgequalmt ist, passt es auch :)
