ich vermiete dieses schöne Zimmer unter, da ich bereits eher eine neue Wohnung in Köln gefunden habe.
Es handelt sich hier um eine einmonatige Zwischenmiete. Das Einzugsdatum ist variabel und kann gerne dann besprochen werden. Die Mietdauer wäre bis 31.12.22.
Das Zimmer ist hell / geräumig und hat einen kleinen Balkon.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist Top. Knappe 5 Min. zur Haltestelle Lenauplatz. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Rewe/Edeka sind nicht weit enternt. Auch der Blücherpark ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, sowie der nächste Kiosk um die Ecke.
Mit dir zusammen wohnt Muna (24), sie macht Musik und arbeitet viel. Wir haben ein entspanntes Zusammenleben. Daher hast du die Wohnung auch ab und zu für dich.
Bezüglich des Einzugstermins oder ähnliches, können wir gerne alles besprechen.
