I will be moving back to the UK at the end of June and am looking for someone to take over my room in our 2 bedroom shared flat at Hansaring.
The room is approx 16m² and there would also be a possibility of keeping some of my furniture for a small price if you wish (see 'Sonstiges')
The flat itself is on the 5th floor (Dachgeschoss) and there is unfortunately no elevator.
The location is perfect - 2 mins from the S-bahn and the U12/15 station Hansaring. Also a 10 minute walk to Köln Hauptbahnhof.
Your future roommate is Marcelo, who is in his early 30s and originally comes from Portugal. Therefore, it would be great if you speak English or even Portugese.
He is quite often not at home, so more often than not you will have the whole place to yourself.
The room is currently furnished with a 140x200 bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and 2 Ikea Malm chests of drawers.
If you would like, I could keep some of the furniture there for a small price (we can discuss later).
