Ruhiges Zimmer in renoviertem Altbau, topzentrale Lage im Agnesviertel, international people welcome!

Die Wohnung liegt in einem Hinterhof am Ebertplatz, somit in sehr zentraler Lage und dennoch ruhig. Die Wohnung hat 190 qm, wurde vor WG-Gründung vor ca. 6 Jahren renoviert und ist voll ausgestattet. Die lichtdurchflutete Küche ist ca. 35 qm groß, das Wohnzimmer ebenfalls. In beiden stehen viele Sofas, also perfekt zum abhängen, Leute einladen, kochen, trinken... Zwei große Bäder verhindern morgentlichen Stau, beide mit Badewanne, eines mit Dusche. Im Hof ist ein Fahrradständer.

Die Wohnung liegt am Rande des Agnesviertels - in der direkten Umgebung sind diverse Restaurants, ein Kino, viele nette Cafés sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, DM, Aldi), Bäcker, Apotheke etc. Parkplätze sind durch die zentrale Lage bedingt nicht immer ganz einfach zu finden.

Das Haus ist direkt an der U-Bahn Haltestelle Ebertplatz (Linien 12, 15, 16, 18, +Busse), liegt aber in einem Hinterhof und ist daher für die Lage super ruhig. Im Haus finden sich noch andere WGs, eine Familie sowie eine Agentur. Schräg gegenüber ist ein kleiner Park mit Ententeich, und bis zum Rhein sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß.

The apartment is located in a backyard at the Ebertplatz, thus in a very central location and yet quiet. The apartment has 190 square meters, was renovated before WG foundation approx. 6 years ago and is fully equipped. The light-flooded kitchen is approx. 35 square meters large, the living room likewise. In both there are many sofas, so perfect to hang out, invite people, cook, drink... Two large bathrooms prevent morning traffic jams, both with bathtub, one with shower. There is a bicycle stand in the yard.

The apartment is located at the edge of the Agnesviertel - in the direct surroundings are various restaurants, a cinema, many nice cafés as well as shopping possibilities (Rewe, DM, Aldi), baker, pharmacy etc.. Parking spaces are not always easy to find due to the central location.

The house is directly at the subway stop Ebertplatz (lines 12, 15, 16, 18, +buses), but is located in a backyard and is therefore super quiet for the location. In the house there are other flats, a family and an agency. Opposite is a small park with a duck pond, and it is only a 5 minute walk to the Rhine.

Für einen Urlaub verlasse ich die schöne WG für drei Wochen. Es verbleiben Paul, Jan-Peter, Katharina und Anki, die alle sehr gerne in einer WG wohnen, einen tollen Mix verschiedenster Berufe abbilden (Medizin, Kommunikationsberatung und Vertrieb) und nun wieder nach Verstärkung suchen.

Unter der Woche sind wir zumeist recht beschäftigt und auch öfter unterwegs, aber bei fünf Bewohnern findet sich zumeist dennoch jemand zum Essen und quatschen. Zentraler Ort der Begegnung ist hierbei vor allem unsere tolle, riesige Küche. Besuch ist gerne willkommen. Aufgrund der großen Wohnung mit separatem Wohnzimmer zusätzlich zur Küche ist es aber auch kein Problem, wenn einer einmal in Ruhe chillen möchte. :)

For holiday I leave the beautiful WG for three weeks. There remain Paul, Jan-Peter, Katharina and Anki, who all like to live in a shared flat, who represent a great mix of different professions (medicine, communication consulting and sales) and are now looking for reinforcement again.

During the week we are usually quite busy and often on the road, but with five residents there is usually someone to eat and chat. The central meeting place is our great, huge kitchen. Visitors are welcome. But due to the large apartment with a separate living room in addition to the kitchen, it is also no problem if one wants to chill out in peace. :)

Alle 5 Wochen bezahlt jeder einmal 31 € für unsere liebe Putzfee. Alle weiteren Kosten (Strom, GEZ, Internet...) sind in der Miete enthalten. Wenn du ein Zimmer in Köln suchst, ein ungezwungenes, aber nicht gleichgültiges WG-Leben magst und nach Möglichkeit WG-erfahren bist, so melde dich bei uns!
