Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer wunderschönen Altbau-Wohnung mit hohen Decken. Es ist mit ca. 10qm relativ klein, verfügt aber über eine Hochebene, die zusätzlich fast 5qm und super viel Stauraum bietet. Das Zimmer wird zur Zwischenmiete möbliert vermietet. Die Regale werden gefüllt sein, der Kleiderschrank wird zur Benutzung frei geräumt. Außerdem befindet sich ein 1,40er Bett, ein Schreibtisch, ein Stuhl und ein Sessel in dem Zimmer. Das Klavier, was auf den Fotos zu sehen ist, ist nicht mit inbegriffen. Ansonsten ist die WG komplett ausgestattet. Die Warmmiete für das Zimmer beträgt monatlich 380€. Dazu kommt nur noch ein WG-Beitrag von 15€ für Internet, Putzmittel usw.
Das Zimmer wird ab dem 01. Februar 2020 bis zum 30. April 2020 frei sein. In dringenden Fällen ist auch ein flexibleres Zeitfenster möglich.

The room is in a big apartment with beautifully high ceilings. With its 10m² it is small - but in the room is a plateau where the bed and some shelves are located. That's how there are nearly 5m² additionally to store things. The shelves will be mostly filled, but the wardrobe will be free to use. Apart from that the room includes a 1,40m bed, a desk, a chair and an armchair. The piano on the pictures won't be in the room. Apart from that the apartment is equipped with everything you need. The room costs 380€ per month, which includes everything apart from the additional 15€ for internet, cleansers etc.
The room will be free from the 1st of February 2020 to the 30th of April 2020. If necessary it's possible to do it more flexible at the end of the frame.
Die Lage ist einfach perfekt.
Die WG befindet sich am Hansaring und ist in alle Richtungen gut angebunden. Die S-Bahn und U-Bahn Station Hansaring erreicht man fußläufig in nur 3 Minuten und ist nur eine Station vom Hbf entfernt. Die Uni bzw. TH kann man mit den Öffentlichen oder mit dem Fahrrad (es gibt einen überdachten Innenhof für Fahrräder) innerhalb von 15-20 Minuten erreichen. Supermärkte, Bäcker, Apotheke, Kiosk und alles was man sonst so brauchen könnte gibt es in dem Viertel ausreichend. Eigelstein, Neusser Straße und Weidengasse mit vielen Cafés, Restaurants, Bars und weiteren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen direkt ums Eck. Zum Mediapark ist es auch nicht weit.

It's perfectly located. The apartment is close at the Hansaring where you have amazing transport connections. You can get the train and the metro and you're one station from Cologne central station. There are many shops, cafés, bars, restaurants and supermarkets in short distance.
Wir sind 8 Mädels, die hier zusammenleben. Das hört sich erstmal stressig an? Das dachte ich am Anfang auch, aber es ist wirklich sehr entspannt. Wir kommen alle gut miteinander aus, respektieren die Privatsphäre der anderen, aber unternehmen auch sehr gerne mal was zusammen. Damit das auch so bleibt, suchen wir nach jemandem, der an einem freundschaftlichen WG-Leben interessiert ist.
Wir haben einen Putzplan bei dem jeder seinen Dienst hat und der alle paar Wochen wechselt. Das funktioniert wirklich gut. Außerdem hat jeder ein eigenes Waschbecken im Zimmer und wir haben zwei Toiletten und zwei Duschen in der WG, so dass es eigentlich nie Stau gibt. Die Küche ist der Treffpunkt der WG, wo man eigentlich immer jemanden antrifft, der sich gerade vorm Lernen oder anderen Verpflichtungen drückt.

We are 8 girls, that live together. That sound stressful? That was also my first thought, but it really is so chill to live here. We all get along really well, respect the privacy of each other, but also like to spend time together. Thereby it stays that way, we are searching for someone who is interested in a friendly surrounding.
We have a cleaning roster, which circulates every few weeks. That works really well. Apart from that everyon has it's own sink in their room and we got two restrooms and two shower rooms in the apartment so that there's never really a time you need to wait to get ready. The kitchen is the meeting place of the apartment, where you nearly always meet someone who's hanging around.
So if you are interested in a friendly and chilled atmosphere, we are happy to receive your message.
