WG-Zimmer nähe Babarossaplatz in 2er-WG - bitte keine Anfargen mehr/please no further applications-

Die Wohnung liegt in der eher kleinen Burgunderstaße im 3. Stock. Es gibt einen Hinterhof, in dem man Fahrräder abstellen kann. Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind direkt um die Ecke (Rewe 4 Minuten, Lidl 8 Minuten) und zur Haltestelle Babarossaplatz (KVB-Linien 12, 15, 16, 18 und Busse) braucht man auch ca. 5 Minuten. Auch der Bahnhof Köln Süd (8 Minuten) und die Uni (zum Hauptgebäude 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder um die 15 Minuten zu Fuß) liegen direkt um die Ecke.

The apartment is located in the rather small Burgunderstreet on the third floor. There’s a backyard where you can put a bicycle (I would recommend locking it anyways). A Rewe (4 minutes) and a Lidl (8 minutes) are nearby. You’ll need about 5 minutes to the Babarossaplatz-stop where the KVB 12, 15, 16, 18 and busses stop, to Köln Süd (Cologne South train station) you’ll take 8 minutes. And you can reach the main building of the University of Cologne in 5 minutes by bike or ~15 minutes by foot.

Ich bin jetzt zum Semesterbeginn nach Köln gekommen, um an der Universität zu Köln Management, Economics and Social Sciences zu studieren. Ich bin 19 Jahre alt und komme aus der Nähe von Freiburg. Ich bin ein freundlicher und unkomplizierter Mensch und bin meisten fröhlich :). Insgesamt bin ich ein kommunikativer Mensch, bin also für alle Art von Gesprächen offen, verstehe es aber natürlich, auch wenn man mal seine Ruhe braucht und sich in sein Zimmer zurückziehen möchte. Ich möchte keine Zweck-WG, heißt wir können gerne mal gemeinsam Kochen/Essen, mal einen Film schauen oder einfach nur beisammensitzen. Selbstverständlich müssen wie aber auch nicht alles gemeinsam machen, also alles ganz entspannt nach dem Motto „Alles kann - Nichts muss“. Bezüglich Sauberkeit und Ordentlichkeit: Wenn es klappt und wir beide darauf achten, brauchen wir keinen Putzplan, wenn aber nicht, dann müssten wir einen einführen (ohne ein Sauberkeitsfetischist zu sein, ist mir eine gewisse Grundordnung/-sauberkeit schon wichtig, liegt vielleicht auch an der eher bescheiden WG in der ich aktuell noch bin :))

I moved to Cologne this September to study at the WiSo-faculty of the University of Cologne. I’m 19 years old and grew up next to the beautiful city of Freiburg. I think I’m a kind and unsophisticated person. Most of the time I’ll be in a happy mood and would be happy to talk with you (non-sense and serious topics are welcome :)). Of course, there will be times where I just want to have some me-time, so if you want to close your door that’s completely fine. But I don’t want to have a “Zweck-WG” so I would like it if we sometimes cook/eat together, just sit together and watch maybe a movie or go out, everything chilled like the motto everything can nothing has to. Probably there’ll be some weekends where I’ll be in my hometown, so don’t expect that we will do everything together, but we’ll see how it works out. For tidiness and cleanliness: If it works and we both look after it I wouldn’t insist on a cleaning plan, but if it doesn’t work, I would like to implement one. In your room you obviously can do whatever you want as long as it doesn't affect me :)

Zurzeit wohne ich noch nicht in der WG, ich werde auch erst zum 15.11. dort einziehen. Dementsprechend sind auf den Fotos noch die Möbel der Vormieterin zu sehen, diese nimmt sie selbstverständlich mit und die Wände werden auch noch weiß gestrichen. Die Miete beträgt warm (ohne Strom und Internet) 450€ pro Monat. Über Kaution und (Teil-)Abschlag für die Küche müssten wir dann noch sprechen.
Für das weitere Vorgehen: Ich versuche möglichst vielen zu antworten (ich habe bis vor kurzem auch noch selber gesucht ich weiß wie doof die Situation in Köln ist :)), dann würden wir uns wahrscheinlich erstmal außerhalb der Wohnung treffen (um die Vormieterin nicht zu sehr zu belasten) und wenn alles passt würde ich natürlich auch eine Wohnungsbesichtigung vereinbaren. Ganz zum Schluss will der Vermieter euch auch nochmal kennenlernen (und ihr auch mal was von ihm gehört habt) und hat auch noch das letzte Wort (ist aber ein ganz netter und mein Nachbar in Freiburg).
So wenn ihr es bis ganz nach hier geschafft habt, freue ich mich auf eure Bewerbung (am besten so ausführlich das ich mir schonmal ein grobes Bild von euch machen kann). Und sagt mir doch wo hin eure letzte Reise/Urlaub ging, sonst kann ich eure Bewerbung leider nicht mit in die engere Wahl nehmen :(.

Currently, I do not yet live in the WG, I will also move in on 15.11. The furniture on the photos is owned by the previouse tentant and she will obviously take them with her and paint all the walls white. The rent is (without electricity and internet) 450€ per month. About deposit and your part of the kitchen we would have to talk.
For the further procedure: I try to answer as many as possible (I've been looking until recently I know how bad the situation is in Cologne :)), then we would probably first meet outside of the apartment (I don't want to burden the previous tenant too much) and if everything fits I would of course also arrange an apartment tour. Finally, the landlord wants to meet you (and you can meet him, but probably via a zoom call) and he has some kind of veto power (but is a very nice and my neighbor in Freiburg).
