Hello, dear room seekers,
Gui and I (Vincent) are on the lookout for a new flatmate starting April 1st, as Nuria will be moving out by the end of March. The room up for grabs is located on the sunny south side, boasting two large windows that flood the space with glorious afternoon sunlight. Nuria is leaving behind all her furniture for which she'll be asking €600. Additionally, we have a new washing machine purchased last year, for which Nuria would ask approximately €90.
Although our apartment isn't the most spacious, its unbeatable location in the Belgisches Viertel more than makes up for it. Bus and subway stations are conveniently located just around the corner, making getting around the city a breeze. And for those who prefer biking, the whole city is easily accessible from here.
As previously mentioned, your future roommates would be Guilherme and me. Gui (31) is from Brazil and has been living in Köln for a couple of years already and is working full-time now. He loves a sunny day, reading books in the park, and drinking a nice wine. He has Urban Sports Club and works out very often; he also loves going to the movies or playing board games.
I (27) am a Mexican/German who grew up in Nicaragua and has been living in Köln since 2019. I'm finishing my Bachelor's Degree in Latin American Studies and work part-time. I really enjoy listening to music, going to concerts, drinking a beer and chatting with friends and going to all kinds of cultural events. I'm always down for a movie or a cooking session and kitchen chat, or going out for a drink. It'd be great if you're also looking for a place where you can enjoy a comfortable living environment where we share different activities together, while also respecting each other's space.
