Das helle Zimmer hat rund 19m² und einen fantastischen Blick auf den Volksgartenstraße. Damit Du den Ausblick ins Grüne wirklich genießen kannst, gehört zu dem Zimmer noch ein großer Balkon, der zum Grillen und Entspannen einläd. Obwohl das Zimmer sehr hell ist, bleibt es
auch im Sommer relativ kühl und durch die gute Isolierung ist das Zimmer trotz der Straßenlage ruhig. Zur WG gehören ein Badezimmer mit Dusche sowie eine Küche. Die Küche ist mit Waschmaschine, Herd und jeder Menge Küchenutensilien gut ausgestattet. Der Flur hat neben einer kleinen Bank einen Einbauschrank mit Staumöglichkeiten. Das Zimmer wird komplett unmöbliert übergeben und Du hast freie Hand bei der Einrichtung. Abschläge fallen ebenfalls nicht an!
The bright room has about 19m² and a fantastic view of the Volksgartenstraße. So that you can really enjoy the view of the greenery, the room also has a large balcony that invites you to barbecue and relax. Although the room is very bright, it remains
also in the summer relatively cool and by the good insulation the room is quiet despite the road holding. The shared flat has a bathroom with shower and a kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, stove and lots of kitchen utensils. The hallway has a small bench and a built-in wardrobe with storage space. The room is handed over completely unfurnished and you have a free hand with the furnishing. There are no costs for furnishings.
Die Lage ist wirklich super. Das absolute Highlight ist der Volksgarten, welcher direkt vor der Haustür liegt. Dieser bietet mit viel Grünfläche, Bäumen, einem kleinen See mit Tretbooten und einer Gaststätte tolle Möglichkeiten Zeit draußen zu verbringen. Die Anbindung ist durch die Bahnstation, welche zehn Meter vor dem Haus liegt, sehr gut. Fußläufig sind auch die Stationen Köln Eifelstraße und Barbarossaplatz erreichbar, sodass man in unter 20 Minuten an der Universität oder dem Hauptbahnhof sein kann. Für die Fahrradfahrer gibt es Stellplätze im Keller. Penny und REWE befinden sich ebenfalls in der Nähe. In der Umgebung gibt es darüber hinaus viele Restaurants.
The location is really great. The absolute highlight is the Volksgarten, which is directly in front of the front door. It offers with a lot of green space, trees, a small lake with pedal boats and a restaurant great possibilities to spend time outside. The connection is very good by the train station, which is ten meters in front of the house. The stations Köln Eifelstraße and Barbarossaplatz are within walking distance, so that you can reach the university or the main station in less than 20 minutes. For cyclists there are parking spaces in the basement. Penny and REWE are also nearby. In the surrounding area there are also many restaurants.

wir sind gerade auf der Suche nach einer neuen Mitbewohnerin/ neuem Mitbewohner oder auch einem Pärchen!
Ich bin die Sila, 19 Jahre alt und studiere Medizin. Mein Mitbewohner ist 24 Jahre alt und studiert Marketing.
Wir sind beide ziemlich ruhig und sind oft fleißig am Lernen. Deswegen suchen wir jemanden der ebenfalls nicht die größte Party Maus ist und eher der ruhige Typ.
Die Bahn hält direkt vor der Haustür, die Universität ist fünf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und jeden Morgen würdest Du mit einen Blick auf den Volksgarten aufwachen - einen Balkon hättest Du auch!
Die Wohnung wurde diesen Sommer frisch saniert, deswegen legen wir großen Wert auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung. ;)

I am Sila (19) my flatmate and I are looking for someone who would like to be part of our WG. I am a med student and my flatmate (24) is studying marketing. Due to our majors, both of us have to study quite a lot. Therefore, we prefer a rather quite and calm atmosphere. This flat was renovated this summer, ergo we love keeping this place clean and tidy.
