I have a 17m2 spare room in a flatshare with 3 people. The flat has a new fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher!), newly renovated bath with bathtub, a small loggia and 2 more bedrooms. The flat is on the first floor. There is a basement as well as a lockable courtyard to store your bike.Your room as a big nice window and parquet floor. The price includes a cleaner, who will come every 2 weeks.
Beste Lage im Herzen von Köln, in 5 Minuten zu Fuß sowohl am Rudolfplatz als auch am Zülpicherplatz. Viele Cafes, Restaurants und Shops in direkter Umgebung, auch zur beliebten Aachener Strasse ist es nicht weit! Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung, da in einer Seitenstraße gelegen, sehr ruhig.

Great location in the heart of Cologne, 5 minutes walking to Rudolfplatz and Zülpicherplatz. Loads of cafés, retaurants and shops around, also only a short walk to Aachener Strasse! Despite central location very quiet, as the flat is located in a sidestreet.
Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer. Ich bin 30 ubd wohne schon seit ungefähr 8 Jahren in Köln, mit kleiner Unterbrechung zum Studium in London. Ich arbeite in einem Start-Up in der e-health Branche. Was das WG Leben angeht, ich koche gerne, und würde mich freuen, ab und zu für und mit neuen Mitbewohnern zu kochen. Ansonsten bin ich recht unkompliziert und würde mich freuen, euch einfach beim Telefonat oder persönlich kurz kennenzulernen!
