You would have a bedroom and living room for yourself, sharing bathroom and kitchen with 1 person. The house was recently renewed, which means that everything is new: windows have great isolation, kitchen and bathroom are both brand new. The house is perfect for young professionals, international or open-minded, sociable people :)

. Fridge and washing maschine were not included in the kitchen. The washing machine belongs to Cris, but of course, we share it.

Living at this location offers a perfect public transportation connection: You need to go 30 seconds to the S-Bahn Station "Eifelwall" and in 10 minutes you are at the Köln Main Station (Hauptbahnhof). Also here are various Shops, Supermarkets, Pubs and Bars, Kiosks and more.
To the University you need 5 minutes by foot and to the park 1 minute.

It's preferred someone between 23-32 year old and working. The language in the house is English/Spanish/Italian but of course it would be great to learn some German :)

I'm from Spain, 27, working in an international language school company in Köln for a few years now, currently doing Home Office. My biggest hobby/passion is dancing :)
During the last 8 years I lived in WGs with different people in different countries (Spain, Italy, Germany), I consider myself very flexible and open minded, always full of energy.
Living abroad is great but also a challenge, so sharing a flat for me means as well that we support each other in our good and not so good days. If you are interested in the flat, please send a short text describing yourself and why would you like to be part of this international WG.
I would like to leave my wardrobe here and for 250 Euro it will be yours. Its one year old and the original price was 350 Euro. It is in a perfect condition as you can see on the photos.
