Die Wohnung wurde vorletztes Jahr renoviert. Es gibt eine schicke Wohnküche inklusive Wasch-Trockner und Spülmaschine und einer Sofaecke zum Quatschen und Filme gucken. Vom Wohnzimmer aus gibt es einen Balkon zum Innenhof hinaus.
Das Zimmer hat ein Fenster zur Straßenseite, es ist aber eine ruhige Nebenstraße.
Im Zimmer liegt neuer Parkettboden, und du schaust aus dem Fenster direkt auf einen schönen Baum. Achtung: Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert bis auf ein Bett und einen kleinen Schrank, ein Schreibtisch und Stuhl kann aber organisiert werden.

The appartment was renovated two years ago. The kitchen+living room is modern and with a washer-dryer, dishwasher and a nice couch corner to hang and for movie watching on the smart tv. There is also a balcony for barbecue in the summer.
The room has a window to the street, but it is a rather quiet side street. The room has new parquett floor and a nice view on a green tree. The room is unfurnished beside a bed and small closet, but a desk and chair can be organized if necessary.
The room is available June and July for 400 Euros. After that long term rent is possible, but the rent will be 700 Euros.
Die Wohnung hat eine sehr angenehme Lage. Die Straße und Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig und entspannt, aber in nur wenigen Minute kann man zu Fuß mitten im Stadtleben sein.
Der Barbarossaplatz ist ca. 1 Minute Fußweg entfernt. Von dort kommt man relativ schnell in alle Ecken der Stadt mit den Linien 12, 15, 16 und 18. Die Zülpicher ist 2 Minuten entfernt.
Bahnhof Süd ist in 5-7 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Von dort fährt auch noch U-bahn Linie 9.
Der Campus sowie die Unimensa der Universität von Köln ist ca. 10 Laufminuten entfernt.

The appartment has a very nice central location. The neighborhood is relaxed, but in only a few minutes one can walk right into colognes city life and reach all important shops.
Barbarossaplatz is only 1 minute away. From there one can reach every corner of the city with line 12, 15, 16 and 18. The Zülpicher street, famous in cologne for night life, is 2 minutes away.
South Trainstation is 5-7 minutes away by foot. There is also line 9.
The University is 10 minutes away by foot.
Vieles kann, aber nichts muss.
Wir sitzen gerne mal abends zusammen, aber haben auch oft gerne einfach unsere Ruhe.
Die Wohnküche hat eine Couch und einen Smart TV mit Netflix, Youtube, usw.
Es gibt eine Putzfrau, die wöchentlich vorbeikommt um die gemeinschaftlichen Räume der Wohnung sauber zu halten.
Deine Mitbewohner sind Lars und Jan die beide derzeit studieren (Sportjournalismus und Lehramt).
Es gibt einen Innenhof in dem du dein Fahrrad abstellen kannst. Die Miete beinhaltet bereits Strom, Heizkosten, Nebenkosten und Internet. Einzug ist natürlich auch ab 15.6 möglich.
