Das Zimmer ist 13 Quadratmeter groß, hell durch ein großes Fenster und fühlt sich durch die 3m hohen Decken definitiv größer an. Da sich die Wohnung und das Fenster zum Hinterhof neigt, ist die Wohnung trotz Nähe zur Zülpicher Straße & dem Bahnhof Süd sehr ruhig.
Mit der Lage am Zülpicher Wall bist du in wenigen Minuten an der Uni, in ca 10 min mit dem Fahrrad oder Bahn am Neumarkt. Der Barbarossaplatz ist lediglich 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Um die Ecke befindet sich ein Penny, aber auch Rewe und Bioläden sind unter 10 min erreichbar. Das Viertel ist voll von Restaurants, Bars und Cafes. Vor der Tür liegt auch der schöne Kölner Grüngürtel, der besonders im Sommer angenehm ist. Auf der Zülpicher Strasse befindet sich ebenfalls das berühmte Ausgehviertel, mit vielen Bars und Clubs.
Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich um eine 2er Wg. Ihr würdet mit meiner Mitbewohnerin Laura zusammenwohnen.
Da ich nur für ein Praktikum die Stadt verlasse und im Oktober wieder zurückkomme, lasse ich alle meine Möbel in der Wohnung.
