15 qm, hohe Decken, Holzboden, im Zimmer ist ein Hochbett und im Wohnzimmer ein bodentiefes Fenster. Die Wohnung liegt im 1.OG, ein Aufzug ist auch vorhanden. Die Hausgemeinschaft ist wahnsinnig nett und hilfsbereit.
Da ich im Moment aber selbst auf der Suche nach einer neuen Wohnung bin, biete ich das Zimmer erstmal nur zur Zwischenmiete an. Schätzungsweise bis zum 1.7.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Dasselstraße, geht aber nach hinten raus, so dass sie sehr ruhig ist.
Der Bahnhof-Süd ist 2 Fußminuten entfernt, ein Penny ist auch um die Ecke und man ist in 2 Minuten am Grüngürtel. Das Veedel hier ist mir in den letzten 2 1/2 Jahren wirklich sehr ans Herz gewachsen und man fühlt sich hier sehr wohl.
Neben mir wohnen hier ein Hund (Rumo) und 2 Katzen (Peppa und Jinx). Auf Grund meines Jobs bin ich öfter Mal auf Drehs unterwegs und arbeite häufig auch länger. Über ein angenehmes WG-Leben freue ich mich natürlich trotzdem.
