This spacious and fully furnished room is available for rent from May 1st, with the possibility of an earlier move-in date of around April 25th-26th, subject to discussion. The room is situated in a shared apartment, which is located in one of Cologne's best areas.
The room comes fully equipped with all necessary furniture, including bed, a desk, a chair, TV or sofa. For this, a one-off payment of 600€ is necessary prior to taking over the room. Please mention this on your application.
Rent includes all expenses already. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as a dishwasher and a washing machine/drye.
Please provide a short summary about yourself, what do you do, how long do you plan on staying (the longer the better), etc.

Das Zimmer ist komplett ausgestattet mit allen notwendigen Möbeln, wie Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, TV oder Sofa. Hierfür ist ein Abschlag von 600€ vor Übernahme des Zimmers notwendig. Bitte geben Sie dies bei Ihrer Bewerbung an.
In der Miete sind alle Nebenkosten bereits enthalten. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Geräten wie Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine/Trockner.

Location is simply great. Very near to Belgisches Viertel, it is near university, bars, and a lot of restaurants. At the same time, the street location is pretty quiet so even during weekends it does not get noisy.
