Ich suche ab dem 31.01.2022 eine Mitbewohnerin in Köln Niehl. Die Wohnung ist sehr süß, hell, gut geschnitten und verfügt über eine Loggia. Das Bad hat eine Wanne und ein Fenster. Das freie, unmöbelierte Zimmer ist 18qm groß. Du kannst es also so einrichten, wie du möchtest.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral und ist nur 10 Min vom HBf entfernt. Bahnhaltestelle ist sofort vor der Tür, die Autobahn um die Ecke. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Du solltest Nichtraucherin, ordentlich, sauberkeitsliebend, freundlich und aufgeschlossen sein. Ich koche gerne und freue mich über gemeinsame Abende auf der Loggia. Ich bin Musikerin. Falls du Gitarre oder Klavier spielst, könnten wir auch gemeinsam musizieren :)
