Furnished 18 m2 room in spacious, quiet 4-rooms flat. The room opens to a large balcony.
Free Wifi. Shared kitchen, large living-room and bathroom. No TV.
Very close to a stop of line 18 - direct connection to the Uni and the railway station. There is a locked storage room for the bicycles, and, should you need it, an optional parking space for 50 €/month. There is some space left in the cellar.
Available at least until August, but it may be longer, if my working contract is extended...
Rent, all included: 550 €/month.
Riehl, close to the zoo. Few shops and restaurants c. 200 m. Otherwise close to Nippes and Eberplatz.
Few words about me: I'm Italian, I am a senior researcher in biology at the Uni Köln. It's been years that I share flats with other persons (one at the time) - my previous flatmate stayed 3 years, she just left for another city. I'm very open about how we will share the flat, it's different every time, and up to us - from only necessary communication to friendship - and all levels in between. I would prefer someones who works or a mature student, perhaps a bit older than 20...
