Hi!
I'm subletting my nice room in Nippes for almost three weeks* . The room has furniture and plants, with a big window that is helpful for the dark days. The room is in a 4 people WG, all women, and personally I will prefer a FLINTA person to occupy my room, specially if it's immigrant looking for a place in this city. The bathroom is big and we usually don't struggle with the traffic there. The Kitchen is also big enough for four people :)
We keep a weekly schedule of cleaning that keeps the WG clean and comfortable for everyone.
We do not smoke inside the house.
Everything you can check with the pictures and further questions are welcome :)
Kaution is for all my stuff there and room, will be returned after moving out (we can sign an agreement to make things more trustworthy).
Nearby station is Neusser Strasse Gürtel Lines 12, 15, 13
*If situation requires, we can make it until the end of the month.
