Durch hohe Altbaudecken und ein großes Fenster
ist das Zimmer trotz überschaubarer 11m2 sehr charmant. Es gibt ein Fenster nach Norden, gerade im Sommer ist es somit der kühlste Raum. Es steht ein Bett (90x200cm) mit Stauraum und Kommoden hier. Ein Regal, Tisch und Stuhl und ein Schlafsofa sind ebenfalls da.
Das Wohnzimmer kann natürlich gemeinsam benutzt werden. Die Küche bietet alles, was man so zum Kochen braucht und es gibt eine Spülmaschine. Die Waschmaschine befindet sich im Keller. Vor der Tür gibt es einen kleinen Garten. Dein Fahrrad kannst du vor der Tür parken, oder im Keller.

Due to high ceilings and a big window, the room is very charming despite its modest 11m2. It has a northfacing window, making it the coolest room, especially in summer. There is a bed (90x200cm) with storage space, a shelf, table and chair and a sofa bed.
The shared living room can be used by both of you. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and there is a dishwasher. The washing machine is in the basement. In front of the door there is a small garden. You can park your bike in front of the door or in the basement

Mitten im schönen Nippes, 5 Minuten zur Haltestelle Florastraße, wo es unzählige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt. In die andere Richtung gibt es tolle Parks und auch der Botanischen Garten ist fußläufig erreichbar. Mit dem Fahrrad bist du in 15 Minuten am Rhein. Von der Haltestelle Florastraße bist du mit der Bahn in 10 Minuten am HBF. Zur Uni in Lindenthal kannst du mit der Bahn fahren (25 min) oder mit dem Rad (30 min).

In the middle of beautiful Nippes, 5 minutes walk to the public transport stop "Florastraße", where you can also find countless shopping opportunities. In the other direction there are great parks. Even the Botanical Garden is just a walk away. By bike you are at the Rhine in 15 minutes. From the Florastraße stop, you can reach the main train station in 10 minutes by train. To University in Lindenthal you can go by public transport (25 mins) or by bike (30 mins).

Ich bin zwischen März und August für ein Semester nicht in Köln und würde mein Zimmer für diese Zeit gerne Untervermieten.
Du würdest hier gemeinsam mit Lissa leben. Sie ist 31 Jahre alt und macht ein duales Studium zur Hebamme. Sie ist zwar viel beschäftigt und braucht manchmal Zeit für sich, freut sich aber über nette Gesellschaft. Wir mögen es in der Wohnung sauber und ordentlich. Lissa lebt außerdem seit vielen Jahren vegan und es ist ihr wichtig, dass nur vegan/vegetarisch in der Wohnung gekocht/gebraten wird.

I will be away from Cologne between march and august.
You would be living here with Lissa. She is 31 years old and training to become a midwife. Even though she is fairly busy with her studies and working and sometimes needs time for herself, she is happy to have friendly company. We like to keep the apartment clean and tidy. Lissa has been vegan for many years and prefers vegan/vegetarian cooking in the apartment.
