Ein toll zimmer mit balkon (NIPPES )

Hallo Zusammen,
in einer Wohnung in top Lage in Nippes wird ab dem 04.03.2024 , ein ZIMMER -18mt2) ( INFO NUR BEI WHATSAPP BITTE. ----/-------) BITTE Keine E MAIL und keine anrufen auch . Ich kann auch an ein Paar ( 2 Personen) vermieten, kein Problem

Die Wohnung ist komplett EINFACH eingericht, die Wohnung ist natürlich mit eine Wohnküche, einem Flur mit Platz für Schuhe und Garderobe sowie einem Badezimmer mit Badewanne etc etc etc .KEINE wohnzimmer .....( pass damit auf es ist ein WG studenten, nichts luxuriöse) ( keine TIER bitte ).

Die Bahnhaltestelle Lohsestraße (Linien 12 und 15) liegt direkt vor der Tür. Der Knotenpunkt Hansaring ist nur 2 Stationen entfernt, genauso wie der Hauptbahnhof und bis zur Uni sind es mit der Bahn nur 15min. Geschäfte des täglichen Lebens (Rewe, Aldi, Rossmann, Bäcker, diverse Döner und Fastfoodläden, Bars) sind alle direkt um die Ecke.

Ich bin Franco komme ich aus ( Peru-Southamerika ), Ich bin aufgeschlossen, koche quatschen tanzen trinken essen sehr gerne und etc etc etc ..... Also es gibt auch einen Keller und eine sichere Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder.Also insgesamt eine super Wohnung in bester Lage in Nippes mit allem was man sich wünschen kann.

Hi I m franco, I rent a (Room 18mts). ( i can rent also a couple ( 2 people ) it is not problem ) the appartment has one toilet , kitchen , and a small entrance for shoes and jackets , ( INFO JUST BY WHATSAPP 0049 ----/------- ) ( NOT E MAIL PLEASE ) it is without living room ,so the appartment is located in the central area near to the DOM cathedral-and just 8 mins to the central station-DOM cathedral ) and 15 mins to the köln University,

Around the house there are a lot of bars ,fast Foods , Restaurants , shopping Centers aldi, rewe,rosemann etc etc etc ..(5 mins)..so this room cost 480 .(Not PETS please thanks )

well it is ideal for students or foreign people wich wanna safe money ,just it is completly Basic ....with Basic stuff) , the room will be free since 04.03.2024 ..... so about me,I m from (Peru southamerica) I m really easygoing person, open mind and nothing complicated person .

hola soy franco de (Peru Southamerika) (INFO SOLO POR WHATSAPP ----/------- ) ( NO E MAIL ) ,tengo una (habitacion) para alkilar de 18 mt2 super cool con un balkon , a solo 10 mins ala estacion central y el DOM , la Uni esta a 14 mins ( tambien puedo dar la habitacion a una pareja no es problema )

esta ideal para estudiantes o extranjeros de corta estadia o que desen ahorrar gastos extras , el costo es de 600 euros .como dije el depart es super mediano , no es grande tampoco moderno , es una WG de estudianes pero muy acojedor con Mucha buena onda y tiene todos los implementos nesesarios , pero no es nada de lujo . tiene muebles muy basicos y aparatos electronicos basicos , claro hay un bano una cocina con todo implemento basico y una pequena entrada para poner zapatos y casacas, y no hay sala ....
