Das Zimmer ist mit 15qm nicht riesig, aber gut geschnitten und gemütlich. Es hat ein großes Fenster zur sehr ruhigen Straße raus und morgens scheint die Sonne rein.
Neben diesem gibts in der Wohnung noch zwei weitere Zimmer, eine große Wohnküche, Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, einen Abstellraum und einen kleinen Balkon zum Park raus, auf den ab Mittags die Sonne scheint.

The room is 15 square meters, it is not big but reasonably shaped and quite comfortable. It has a big window to the very quiet street outside and in the morning the sun shines in.
Beside this room, there are two more rooms in the apartment, a big kitchen/living room, a bathroom with shower and bath tub, a storage room and a small balcony facing the park where the sun shines from noon on.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Stichstraße, die direkt ans Nippeser Tälchen (ein kleiner Park mit Hängematten und Tischtennisplatte) grenzt. Statt dem Trubel der Neusser Straße, die auch nur einen Sprung entfernt ist, hört man hier lediglich das Vogelgezwitscher der Mauersegler, die unter der Regenrinne wohnen.
Auf der Neusser gibt es alles an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten was man braucht und am nahe gelegenen Wilhelmplatz ist täglich Markt.
Nippes ist mit seiner gemütlich Atmosphäre, vielen schönen Plätzen, netten Cafes und freundlich lustigen Nachbar*innen ein sehr charmantes Veedel und mit Fahrrad oder Bahn ist von hier aus alles schnell zu erreichen.

The apartment is located in a very quiet street. It is next to the Nippeser Tallchen (a small park with hammocks and table tennis). Instead of the hustle and bustle of the Neusser Straße, which is also just a jump away, here you can only hear the songs of the swifting birds living under the rain gutter.
On the Neusser Strasse, there are all the shopping facilities you need and at Wilhelmplatz which is 5 min walk, there is a daily market.
Nippes is a very charming Veedel with its cosy atmosphere, many beautiful places, nice cafes and friendly funny neighbours and with bicycle or tram/train everywhere is to be reached easily and fast.
In der WG wohnen Ozan und Benjamin. Wir leben erst seit September zusammen hier und haben Lust auf entspanntes gemeinschaftliches Zusammenleben und hängen gerne abends zum Kochen oder Tavla spielen in der Küche ab. Ozan ist freischaffender Musiker und Benjamin arbeitet als Web Entwickler.

We are Ozan and Benjamin live in this shared flat. We've only been living together here since September and are keen to live together in a relaxed atmosphere. We like to hang out in the evening to cook or play tavla in the kitchen. Ozan is a freelance musician and Benjamin works as web developer.
