The room is fully furnished as you can see in the pictures. The rent is 470 EUR and includes everything. There are no additional costs.
There is a small kitchen space and a nice bathroom, which you will share with your roommate downstairs. The landlord is a very nice lady living upstairs. She has her own kitchen and toilette.
Since everyone is doing their thing it feels more like a guesthouse than a wg. The others are quiet relaxed and open minded. The room is available until the end of this year first. As far as I see it, it would be possible to extend the stay after that. But this would be up to the agreement you will have with the landlord. It would be great if you are available to see the room in person withing the next week.

Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert, wie man auf den Bildern sehen kann. Die Miete beträgt 470 EUR und beinhaltet alles. Es gibt keine zusätzlichen Kosten.
Es gibt eine kleine Küche und ein schönes Badezimmer, das mit dem Mitbewohner im Erdgeschoss geteilt wird. Die Vermieterin ist eine sehr nette Dame, die im Obergeschoss wohnt. Sie hat ihre eigene Küche und Toilette.
Jeder macht so sein eigenes Ding. Die anderen sind entspannt und aufgeschlossen. Das Zimmer ist zunächst bis Ende des Jahres verfügbar. Soweit ich das sehe, wäre es möglich, den Aufenthalt danach zu verlängern. Aber das hängt von der Vereinbarung ab, die ihr mit der Vermieterin treffen werdet. Es wäre am besten, wenn ihr Zeit hättet euch die Wohnung nächste Woche persönlich azugucken.
Super central in one of the nicest districts of Cologne. 3-5 minutes walk to the metro station Lohsestr. 10 Minutes to the central station or the city central. There is a big park within an 1 minute walk. And everything you need like supermarkets within 3-10 minutes walk.

Ein großer Park ist in 1 Minute zu Fuß zu erreichen. Und alles, was ihr sonst so braucht braucht, wie Supermärkte, innerhalb von 3-10 Minuten zu Fuß.
