Das freie Zimmer befindet sich im ersten Stock.
Das Haus hat einen großen Garten, eine Garage im Garten, eine kleine Werkstatt, einen Keller mit einer kleinen Sauna und einen Keller mit Stauraum. Zusätzlichen Stauraum gibt's auf einem Dachboden.
Im EG sind ein großes Wohnzimmer und eine Küche mit Geschirrspüler, sowie einem Kachelofen, der auch das Wohnzimmer beheizen kann. Außerdem gibt es ein Gäste-WC unten und ein großes Bad oben.
Das Wohnzimmer (ca. 50qm) würde ich gerne für Hobbies, Gäste und Home Office als Gemeinschaftsraum belassen.
The free room is located on the first floor and is the larger room with the most light. It does have the aspect that it has a study desk which is a shared place when the person renting the room is not in its room because you get litteral sunlight while you working which is great. Because I caused the house to become a 3 person place, therefore the price of this room decreased from 900 to 695 ! Because that the house is that big, is does give plenty space for a great WG.
The house has a large garden, a garage inside the garden, a smaller workshop, a cellar with a small sauna and a cellar for storage. There's additional space for storage in the attic.
On the ground floor there's a big living room and a kitchen with a dishwasher and a tiled stove that can heat the living room. Then there is a small bathroom downstairs and a large bathroom upstairs.
The large living room (around 50sqm) will stay a common space for hobbies, having people over and home office.
Niehl ist ein altes Fischerdorf, wirkt also relativ gemütlich, es leben viele Familien mit Kindern und Alteingesessene in der Gegend. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist die Haltestelle Sebastianstraße. Von dort aus fährt man zum Hauptbahnhof mit der 16 ungefähr 15 min. Nach 5-10 min zu Fuß ist man auch über die Hafenbrücke am langen Niehler Strand, ca. 15 min braucht man bis zum Cranachwäldchen für ein bisschen Naherholung. Alle Läden für den täglichen Bedarf sind zu Fuß erreichbar, vor dem Haus kann man in aller Regel einfach parken. Nippes ist nicht weit für ein paar interessantere Läden, Restaurants, Cafés usw.
Niehl is a former fisherman's village, so it seems relatively cosy, many families with children and long-time residents live in the area. The tram stop "Sebastianstraße" is a 5-minute walk away. From there you can take the 16 to the main train station in about 15 minutes. After a 5-10 minute walk you can also walk over the harbor bridge to the long Niehler beach, and you need about 15 minutes to get to the Cranachwald for some recreation. All shops for daily needs are within walking distance, and you can usually park in front of the house. Nippes is not far for some more interesting shops, restaurants, cafes etc.
Ich bin selbst SAP-Devops-Engineer und suche jemanden mit einem ähnlichen Rhythmus. Ich bin eher gesellig und brauche abends so ab 10 unter der Woche dann irgendwann meine Ruhe, um schlafen zu können. In meiner Freizeit beschäftige ich mich gerne mit Elektronik und Programmierung. Ich liebe es, Musik zu hören und habe meinen JBL LX55 von 1988 und meinen LX44 als Soundsystem für den Alltag. An manchen Abenden gehe ich gerne aus und habe eine tolle Zeit.
I'm a SAP Devo´Ops Engineer I'm looking for someone with a similar rhythm. I'm rather sociable and need some quiet time around 10 in the evening in my week to be able to sleep. In my spare time I like to do electronics and programming. I love listening to music and have my 1988 JBL LX55 and my LX44 for everyday sound systems. Some nights I like to go out and have a great time. Looking forward to meeting.
