-You have the largest room in the apartment, which is about 18 m2.
-You have a nice view of the Cologne buildings and a beautiful sunset at the golden hour.
-Really nice and warm in the winter. The room is facing South-west
Negative
-The room looks directly onto Neußer Str., in the day time it can be a little loud but at night usually its very quiet. I never had problems with sleeping here.
-The apartment is on the 5th floor of the building and there is no elevator.
-Can be too warm in summer.
- Between the FloraStr and Neusser Str./Gürtel train stations. There you can take the trains 12-13-15. Also the bus station Nordstr. is literally in front of the apartment building, you can catch the buses 140 and 147 directly.
- Shopping: Rewe, Netto (60 m away), Aldi, Alnatura, kiosk and bakeries are within easy walking distance.
-The neighbors accept packages.
- You will have 2 roommates.
- Rukan has graduated from law and doing practice. Arınç is working and studying as a software engineer. They are both very nice and helpful. You can have small chats when you meet them in the kitchen or doing laundry.
- There will be no parties or social evenings here. If you want to invite friends, that is not a problem. What I would like to say is that this is not a party shared apartment, your roommates are rather quiet, relaxed people.
- We usually clean whenever we find time and energy, it's not strict, but our apartment is reasonably clean.
Currently I don't know what landlord want from you, but proof of income or parental guarantee can be important. Its easier for me to contact in English or Turkish my German is not so good yet.
