da wir von Mitte September bis Ende März sehr viel unterwegs sind bieten wir in unserer schönen Wohnung ein möbliertes Zimmer für diese Zeit an.
Möbliertes Zimmer ca. 16qm,
mit Küche und Bad
für 480 EU pro Monat warm ( inkl. Strom & Internet ),
Kaution 960 EU.
Der Einzug ist flexibel möglich - wobei es uns um den 20 September am Besten passen würde -
Auszug wäre dann am 31 März.
Die Wohnung ist ruhig und strategisch gut gelegen.
Du solltest mindesten 25 Jahre ( sehr gerne auch älter ),
Nichtraucher und berufstätig sein.
Bei Interesse schick uns einfach eine Nachricht
und stell Dich kurz vor -> Alter, Job, Interessen, Telefonnr. und was Dir sonst noch so einfällt..

- und in 8min ist man zu Fuß am Rhein / Poller Wiesen :-)
