A room is available in our apartment from mid November 2021. The room is furnished which includes a bed with mattress (140X200 cm), a table, a chair, and a wardrobe. The kitchen is also well-equipped. You can just move in with your backpack and luggage. The rent is 445 euro + 19,60 euro (for electricity). The flat share is currently a working flat share, but students are also welcome.
Location:
The location is quite good. The Rhine is 10-12 minutes by walk. The nearest tram station is Westhoven Berliner Straße. From there, you can reach to Porz Markt in 5-6 minutes and to Neumarkt in 18 minutes by Line 7. You can go to Aldi and Edeka for grocery shopping by walk in 10-15 minutes. The apartment has bicycle storage, washing machine, and WIFI connection.
