Die Wohnung ist sehr schoen mit einem Wohnzimmer, TV und einer voll ausgstatteten Küche. Sie werden 2 Zimmer im ersten Stock des Apartaments haben. Ein Schlafzimmer und ein Büroraum. Das Zimmer ist komplett ausgestattet mit Bett, Kleiderschtank, Bürotisch, Lampe etc. Die Wohnung hat eine zweite Etage, die ab März einen neuen Mieter haben soll. Bitte senden Sie mir eine Email mit einigen Informationen über Sie und wir können eine Besichtunh planen. Da ich kein deutscher Muttersprachler bin, wäre es toll, wenn man etwas Englisch sprechen könnte.

I give my room for renrt for 2 months since I will be gone on a business trip from March 5th to April 31st. The apartment is new has a living room with cable TV and a fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher. You will have 2 rooms on the first floor of the apartment: one bedroom and an office room. The rooms are fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, office table, lamps etc. There is a second floor in the apartment, and a new renter will be living there starting March. Please send me over a short introduction email with some information about you and maybe we can schedule a visit. Since my German is quite bad, it would be great if you could speak some English.
