Das vielleicht schönste Zimmer Kölns ;) wird für einige Monate frei. Dank der sehr großzügigen Fenster ist es ist sehr hell, ab 12 hat man bis zum Abend viel Sonne. Dementsprechend sonnig und blumig ist der Balkon zu dem du direkten Zugang hast. (Ich würde mich freuen wenn du ein wachendes Auge auf die Wasserreservoirs der Pflanzen auf Balkon und Zimmer haben könntest, das machen sonst aber auch deine Mitbewohner.) Es wird aber eigentlich nicht zu heiß, da die andere Hälfte der Wohnung sehr kühl bleibt und man gut durchlüften kann.
Ich vergebe das Zimmer voll möbliert: Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Bücherregal, Sessel und Bett sind also drin.
Vorerst vermiete ich das Zimmer bis zum 1. Januar, es ist aber gut möglich dass ich es um ein, zwei weitere Monate untervermiete. Das lässt sich leider noch nicht sagen.
Höööchstwahrscheinlich wird dann aber ein andere Zimmer in unserer WG frei sein, in dass du evtl. unmittelbar einziehen könntest, falls die WG sich nicht dazu entscheidet auch noch mal andere Leute kennen lernen zu wollen.

A perfect room is available! Very bright 16 qm, sunlight the whole day (well, from 12 onwards). You would have direct access to the big balcony.
It'll stay fully furnished for those few months: Desk, shelves, bed, chairs, everything you need.
For the moment I'll subrent the room from from August til the 1. January, but its not unlikely that I'll also subrent it in January and maybe even February. Unfortunately I dont know yet, but it'll become clearer.
Its also very very likely that there will be another room available in our shared flat when I move in again, so there's the possibility that you get the spare room when I'm back.
Direkt an der Station Weißhausstraße (Linie 18, in 15 Minuten am Hbf), in einer Seitenstraße, 4 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zur Uni.
Real ist nur eine Fahrstuhlfahrt entfernt, es ist tatsächlich quasi im Kellergeschoss. Ansonsten findet man alles auf der nahegelegenen Luxemburger Straße. Zülpicher Straße ist auch nicht weit. Der Volksgarten ist auch um die Ecke.

The flat ist located at the tram-station Weißhausstraße. That line take you in 10 minutes to the Neumarkt/centre and in 15 to the central train station. It only takes you 4 minutes max by bike to the campus.
The huge grocery store is basically in the basement, it really only takes us one drive with the elevator and we're almost inside the store.
The "Grüngürtel"/parks are also just in front and behind the flat, more or less.
Bei 6 Leuten ist immer jemand da und auch immer jemand weg. Man trifft sich auf den Fluren und in der Küche und schnackt miteinander, manchmal schauen wir Serien oder Filme zusammen, sitzen auf dem Balkon und trinken Bierchen/Weinchen etc. Im besten Fall bist du trotzdem ein geselliges Kerlchen/ein(e) gesellige(s) Frau(chen), denn in einer 6er-Wg kommt man nicht umhin sich zu treffen und kennenzulernen und Dinge mit einander zu tun. Die Chemie sollte also stimmen. :)
2 Masterstudentinnen, 2 Berufstätige und ein Doktorand in den unterschiedlichsten Disziplinen (Aidwork, Übersetzung, Computational biologist , Erziehungswissenschaften, Kino) garantieren unterschiedlichste Tagesabläufe. Bei zwei Bädern, einer großen Küche (und einem Beamer!), und Putz- und Einkaufplänen läuft das alles aber sehr reibungslos und gemeinschaftlich ab.
Achja, wir kaufen eigentlich alle Lebensmittel gemeinschaftlich.
Wichtig: Du solltest einigermaßen Englisch sprechen können, da einer unser Spanier nicht viel Deutsch spricht und wir daher viel Englisch reden (immer wenn er dabei ist ;))

Living with 6 people there's always someone there and someone gone. Sometimes we accidentally meet in the kitchen or on the balcony, get stuck there with a beer or a wine, or we watch series or movies together. So you should be able to enjoy these things otherwise you might get annoyed. But of course there's no pressure, everyone can do what their want.
2 Masterstudents, 2 employees and one PhD-Students in various disciplines guarantee interesting conversations and different daily routines.
2 bathrooms, a big kitchen, a projector and plans for shopping (which we pay and use together) and cleaning help to make our shared flat a nice and peaceful place.
We talk a lot of english, because one of our two spanish people doesn't speak too much german.
