Liebe WG-Suchende,
ich ziehe im Dezember in ein größeres Zimmer in unserer tollen 6er WG in Köln Sülz direkt am Unicampus, deshalb wird mein jetziges Zimmer frei.

Das Zimmer befindet sich in der oberen Etage unserer Wohnung und ist ca. 12m² groß. Es gibt ein großes Fenster und der WLAN Empfang ist sehr gut.
Ebenfalls in der oberen Etage befinden sich die drei weitere Zimmer; sowie ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Durch eines der Zimmer erreicht man den ersten Balkon unserer WG.

In der unteren Etage befinden sich nochmal zwei Zimmer, unsere große WG Küche, unser Aufbewahrungsraum und das zweite Badezimmer mit unserer Waschmaschine und dem Trockner. Es gibt selbstverständlich eine Spülmaschine, sowie zwei große Kühlschränke.
Durch die beiden Zimmer erreicht man unseren zweiten Balkon, den man auch fast schon als kleine Terrasse bezeichnen könnte. Im Flur unten stehen zwei Couches und ein Beamer-Setup für Filmabende.

Geraucht werden darf auf den beiden Balkonen, sowie vor der Wohnungstür. Mit dem Aufzug geht's ins erste UG in die Fahrradkeller, und man erreicht einen großen Real-Supermarkt, der in das Gebäude integriert ist.

Die Miete ist 316€ tutti kompletti mit Strom, Internet und allem was dazu gehört. Zusätzlich ist aber eine Kaution von 600€ und ein Abschlag von 100€ für unsere neue Waschmaschine, die Kühlschränke und die Spülmaschine nötig. Kaution und ggf. Abschlag bekommst du aber natürlich irgendwann bei deinem Auszug zurück.

Der Vermieter benötigt eine Schufa (solicitar ahora) -Selbstauskunft (kostenlos bei der Schufa (solicitar ahora) zu bekommen, https://www.meineschufa.de/index.php?site=11_3), eine Kopie des Persos und Belege über das Gehalt und/oder eine Elternbürgschaft.

Dear WG-seekers,
I will move into a larger room in December in our great 6-person shared apartment in Cologne Sülz directly at the Unicampus, therefore my current room will be vacant.

The room is located on the upper floor of our apartment and is about 12m². There is a big window and the WLAN reception is very good.
Also on the upper floor are the three other rooms; as well as a bathroom with bathtub. Through one of the rooms you can reach the first balcony of our shared apartment.

On the lower floor there are two more rooms, our large kitchen, our storage room and the second bathroom with our washing machine and dryer. There is of course a dishwasher, as well as two large refrigerators.
Through the two rooms you can reach our second balcony, which you could almost call a small terrace. In the hallway downstairs are two couches and a beamer setup for movie nights.

Smoking is allowed on both balconies and in front of the apartment door. The elevator takes you to the first basement to the bike storage, and you can reach a large Real supermarket that is integrated into the building.

The rent is 316€ tutti kompletti with electricity, internet and everything. In addition, however, a deposit of 600€ and a down payment of 100€ for our new washing machine, refrigerators and dishwasher is necessary. Of course, you will get the deposit and the down payment back when you move out.
