Wir suchen vom 14.06.2024-07.07.2024 eine*n neue*n Zwischenmieter*in, der*die mein Zimmer während eines längeren Arbeitseinsatzes bewohnt.
Die insgesamt sehr helle Wohnung verfügt über ein großes Wohnzimmer, ein Badezimmer, eine Küche und zwei einzelne Zimmer. Dazu gehören noch ein Gartenabschnitt mit einer Abstellhütte und ein kleiner Balkon, was sich vor allem im Sommer lohnt. Im Keller befinden sich ein Abstellraum und eine Waschmaschine.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 13m² groß und kann möbliert bewohnt werden. Alle persönlichen Dinge werden selbstverständlich aus dem Zimmer entfernt.

Hello everyone,
We are looking for a new interim tenant from 14.06.2024-07.07.2024, who lives in my room during a longer work assignment.
The overall very bright apartment has a large living room, a bathroom, a kitchen and two separate rooms. There is also a section of garden with a storage shed and a small balcony, which is particularly useful in summer. In the basement there is a storage room and a washing machine.
The room is approx. 14m² in size and can be lived in furnished. All personal belongings will of course be removed from the room.
Die Wohnung liegt in Köln-Sürth im Süden der Stadt direkt am Rhein. Es ist ein eher ruhiges, familiäres Viertel, was einen angenehmen Kontrast zur Innenstadt bietet. Das naturbelassene Rheinufer lädt zusätzlich zu Spaziergängen an der frischen Luft ein.
Die Bahnstation ist nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt. Von dort erreicht man mit der S-Bahnlinie 16 oder 17 ohne Probleme innerhalb von 20-25 Minuten die Innenstadt, aber auch in etwa einer halben Stunde Bonn. Auch Supermärkte und Bäckereien befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Wohnung.

The apartment is located in Cologne-Sürth in the south of the city directly on the Rhine. It is a rather quiet, family neighborhood, which provides a pleasant contrast to the city center. The natural banks of the Rhine additionally invite you to take walks in the fresh air.
The train station is only a 3-minute walk from the apartment. From there, you can easily reach the city center within 20-25 minutes with the S-Bahn line 16 or 17, but also Bonn in about half an hour. Supermarkets and bakeries are also located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.
Dein Mitbewohner wird Sebastian (27) sein. Er ist selbst Untermieter für ein Praktikum im Sportjournalismus. Er ist ein sehr angenehmer und ordentlicher Mitbewohner, mit dem man gerne Zeit verbringt – sowohl entspannte Kochabende als auch Feiern gehen ist drin :)

Your flatmate will be Sebastian (27). He himself is a subtenant for an internship in sports journalism. He is a very pleasant and tidy flatmate who is a pleasure to spend time with - both relaxed cooking evenings and partying are possible :)
Gegebenenfalls kann die Zwischenmiete auch noch verlängert werden. Das müsste dann individuell geklärt werden.
