Das Zimmer hat 20m². Es ist an der Luxemburger Straße gelegen und damit etwas laut (tagsüber) ab 1 Uhr wird es dann ruhiger.
The room has 20m ², the floor is quite old and carp, but it is still good. You will have two huge windows in the room. The room is located on Luxemburger Straße and therefore very noisy (during the day) from 1 a.m. it gets more quiet!
Tip top lage am Sülzgürtel, hier fährt die Linie 18 > Brühl sowie zur Uni und zum HBF, sowie die Linie 13 -> Ehrenfeld ein 24h Kiosk ist eine geh Minute entfernt sowie Aldi Rewe und andere Geschäfte sind ca 5 Minuten entfernt.
Tip top location on the Sülzgürtel, here the line 18> Brühl as well to the university and main station, as well the line 13 -> Ehrenfeld. a 24h kiosk is 1 minute away and Aldi Rewe and other grocery shops are about 5 minutes away.
Ich höre gerne und viel laut musik (in meinem Zimmer). Die Wände in der Wohnung sind relativ dick also solltest du dies nicht unbedingt mitbekommen. Du solltest im besten fall auch ein freund von Elektronischer Tanzmusik sein, damit wir auch zusammen feiern gehen können ;) Ich koche gerne mit dir zusammen, oder für uns beide. Ich bin sehr Ordentlich und das wäre mir auch bei dir super wichtig. Ich bin ein sehr offener Mensch. Engstirnigkeit, Sexismus oder Rassismus finden leider keinen Platz in der WG.
I like to listen to music a lot, loudly (in my room). The walls in the apartment are quiet thick so you shouldn't necessarily notice this. In the best case, you should also be a friend of electronic dance music, so that we can also go out, party together;) I like to cook with you, or for both of us. I'm very tidy and that would be super important to me that you are also tidy. I am a very open person. Unfortunately, narrow-mindedness, sexism or racism have no place in the flat share.
In dem Haus gibt es keinen Waschkeller und keine Waschmaschine, der Washsalon ist jedoch 30 sekunden entfernt ein waschgang mit trocknen kostet ca 8,00€ und fasst ca. 2L³.

There is no laundry room or washing machine in the house, but the laundry store is 30 seconds away. A wash cycle with drying costs around € 8.00 and holds around 2L³.
