Das Zimmer befindet sich in Zollstock, ganz in der Nähe der KVB-Linie 12 und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von der 18 entfernt. Abgesehen von der Lage ist es unglaublich ruhig und es wird nie zu heiß oder kalt, weder im Sommer noch im Winter! Die Wohnung selbst ist auch super modern und gut gepflegt.
Zusätzlich zum Zimmer würde ich meine Möbel (Bett, Schreibtisch, Bürostuhl, Sessel, Fernseher, TV-Ständer, Kleiderschrank und Vorhänge) ohne zusätzliche Kosten überlassen. Da ich schnell weg muss, ist es für mich zu 100% am einfachsten, wenn jemand die Möbel mitnimmt. Du kannst sie dann weiterverkaufen oder behalten, mir ist beides recht :)
Du würdest mit Denis und Mareike zusammenleben. Denis ist ein Designer und Mareike arbeitet im Verkauf. Sie sind beide nette, interessante Menschen und würden sich bestimmt mit allen möglichen Leuten verstehen!
