Zollstock: Schönes 4 x 4 qm-Zimmer mit Nachmittagssonne.
Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung stehen eine Wohnküche, ein Wannenbad, ein separates WC, ein Kellerraum und eine Waschküche zur Verfügung. Außerdem gibt es einen Garten, der nur von der WG genutzt wird.
Mietdauer kann evtl. verkürzt oder verlängert werdedn. Einzugs-/Auszugsdatum variabel.
Direkt am Vorgebirgspark mit eigenem Garten. Das Zollstockbad ist direkt um die Ecke. In 10 Minuten ist man mit dem Fahrrad in der Südstadt, in Sülz oder am Rhein.
Im Moment sind wir eher eine Zweck-WG, da alle mit ihren eigenen Sachen beschäftigt sind. Wir sind offen und freundlich im Umgang miteinander und freuen uns immer, wenn sich mal die Gelegenheit für ein gemeinsames Essen oder einen kurzen Klönschnack/Plausch ergibt. Almat kommt aus Siegen und ich, Britta, aus Schleswig Holstein.
Evtl. ist auch eine längere / kürzere Mietdauer möglich.
