American Stipendiat needs room urgently

I have a Stipendiat at UniKöln this year, but cannot find housing. I really need a furnished or partly furnished apartment/zimmer/usw URGENTLY. I could move in tomorrow. I am an American researcher/Doktorand. Most of the time, I would be at the University, or in the apartment/zimmer working on my thesis. I'd prefer something closer to the University (Lindenthal, Ehrenfeld, Nippes, Innenstadt, usw) but anything relatively near to public transportation suffices. Internet is a necessity.

I am quiet, but I'm not shy. I've got a sense of humor and I'm not a Republican. If you wish to socialize as room mates, that would be great. If you prefer to be left alone, that is fine, too. I am in my late thirties. Email me if you want more information.
