Ist groß, hell gestrichen und wir haben überall holzdielen mit Charme, die dir ab uns zu aber die Socke zerpflücken und bisschen quitschen. Aber sehen halt unltra tschick aus. :)
It's big, brightly painted and we have charming wooden floorboards everywhere, which, from us to you, will tear your socks apart and squeak a bit. But they look unltra tchick.
Mehr zentral geht nicht. Alles Fußläufig erreichbar. Zülpicher, Belgisches Viertel, Innenstadt, Hohenzolleringe und sogar Ehrenfeld auch noch. Es gibt den Hans-Böckler-Platz in direkt angrenzender Umgebung. Also auch viel grünes und Natur.
More central is not possible. Everything within walking distance. Zülpicher, Belgian quarter, city center, Hohenzolleringen and even Ehrenfeld too. There is Hans-Böckler-Platz in the immediate vicinity. So also a lot of green and nature.

Wir sind alle sehr nett und aufgeschlossene Menschen. Die einen arbeiten und andere studieren. Wir achten darauf, dass das Zuhause eine Wolfühl-Oase ist und safe space für dich und deine Freunde. Wir entscheiden demokratisch und alles gemeinsam. Wir kochen ein jeder gerne und regelmäßig. Wg Parties gibt es auch allerdings alles im normalen Rahmen. Eher das wir wenn dann gemeinsam feiern und sonst einfach rausgehen , weil alles direkt in der Nachbarschaft ist an Bars , Clubs etc.
We are all very nice and open-minded people. Some work and others study. We make sure that the home is a Wolfühl oasis and safe space for you and your friends. We decide democratically and everything together. We all like to cook and cook regularly. There are also flat parties, but everything is within normal limits. Rather that we celebrate together and otherwise just go out because everything is right in the neighborhood with bars, clubs etc.
