Hey all,
We’re looking for someone to take on a room in our lovely apartment in Sülz, as our flatmate is moving out.
We have a huge kitchen (including a dishwasher), a living room with a great couch + TV and a spacious bathroom with shower and a bathtub (+window to our little garden). We have a shared yard where you can store your bike. Another patio aka our garden is only used by our WG.
The room has a window out to the garden which is very quiet. It’s located next to the kitchen, so it would be preferable if you have similar “schedule” to us (no good for night shift workers).
Located in Sülz, we’re close to the lines 18 and 9, as well as a 5-10 mins cycling from Köln Süd. The neighborhood is lovely - there are lots of shops, cafes and restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance.
Your two flatmates would be Katherine and Lea (both 27).
I’m British but have lived in Cologne for many years. I work in Market Research in Dusseldorf.
Lea is German and currently studying Education in Cologne.
Lea is returning from her semester abroad in August so you will meet her then.
It's extremely important for us that the person that takes over is clean, tidy and has an open mind. We will be setting up a new cleaning schedule, so that everyone does their bit!
Preferably applications from people who have a stable. regular income/salary enough to cover rent and eventual expenses (see doc list below).
+ points if you’re interested in helping take care of the garden too :)
Éline will leave furniture when she moves out (bed, mattress, curtains...) and a few WG items she paid for.
These must be taken over by the next tenant, so ideal if you’re looking for a furnished room. The warm rent is 479/month and that includes everything.
