Die WG liegt im 3. Stock eines großen Mehrfamilienhauses und besteht aus:
- 3 Zimmern (eines davon mit einem schönen Balkon)
- einem langen zweigeteilten Flur mit einer Sitzecke für alle
- einem Bad mit Badewanne
- und einer großen hellen Küche.
Das freie Zimmer ist 17qm groß und hat 2 große Fenster, durch die vormittags und mittags die Sonne scheint. Die Miete beträgt 375,60€ warm.
Zur Verfügung steht außerdem ein kleines Kellerabteil und dein Fahrrad kannst du im Fahrradraum (EG) abstellen.
!!! Den Mietvertrag für das Zimmer schließt du direkt mit der Hausverwaltung ab. Wenn du noch studierst oder in der Ausbildung bist, braucht die Hausverwaltung eine Elternbürgschaft. Ansonsten sind Gehaltsnachweise und eine positive Schufa (solicitar ahora) -Bonitätsauskunft vorzulegen - bitte nur schreiben, wenn die entsprechenden Unterlagen vorhanden sind. !!!
The flat share is located on the 3rd floor of a large apartment building and consists of:
- 3 rooms (one of which has a nice balcony)
- a long hallway divided in two with a sitting area for everyone
- a bathroom with bathtub
- and a large bright kitchen.
The free room is 17 square meters and has 2 large windows through which the sun shines in the morning and at noon. The rent is 375,60€ warm.
There is also a small cellar compartment and you can store your bicycle in the bicycle room (ground floor).
!!! You sign the tenancy agreement for the room directly with the property management. If you are still studying or in training, the property management company will need a parental guarantee. Otherwise, proof of salary and a positive Schufa (solicitar ahora) credit report must be submitted - please only write if the relevant documents are available. !!!
Die WG liegt im schönen Köln-Dellbrück. Die Dellbrücker Hauptstraße ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Hier findest du alle wichtigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, dm, Rossmann, Apotheke, etc.).
Mit der S11 bist du in 20 Minuten in der Kölner Innenstadt und die Tram-Linien 18, 13 und 3 sind ebenfalls in nur 10 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar.
Wenn du mal ein bisschen Ruhe und Natur brauchst, sind der Thielenbrucher Wald, der Wildpark Dünnwald und der Höhenfelder See (im Sommer super zum Abkühlen) in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreicht.
The shared flat is located in beautiful Cologne-Dellbrück. Dellbrücker Hauptstraße is just a few minutes' walk away. Here you will find all the important shopping facilities (Rewe, dm, Rossmann, pharmacy, etc.).
The S11 train takes you to Cologne city center in 20 minutes and streetcar lines 18, 13 and 3 are also just a 10-minute walk away.
If you need a bit of peace and quiet and nature, the Thielenbrucher Wald forest, the Dünnwald wildlife park and the Höhenfelder See lake (great for cooling off in summer) are just a few minutes' walk away.
Du wohnst zusammen Alex (33, Sportlehrer) und Jan (26, Physiotherapeut). Die beiden sind sehr sportlich (Bouldern, Basketball, etc.) und berufstätig - sie sind viel unterwegs, gelegentlich trifft man sich abends in lockerer Atmosphäre zum Unterhalten.
Wenn du deine Ruhe brauchst, kannst du dich immer in dein Zimmer zurückziehen. Es gibt einen Putzplan, damit die WG sauber ist und man sich wohlfühlen kann.
You live with Alex (33, sports teacher) and Jan (26, physiotherapist). They are both very sporty (bouldering, basketball, etc.) and work - they travel a lot and occasionally meet up in the evening to chat in a relaxed atmosphere.
If you need some peace and quiet, you can always retreat to your room. There is a cleaning schedule so that the shared flat is clean and you can feel at home.
Das Zimmer ist ab sofort frei. Optional kann es auch zum 15.5. oder 01.06. angemietet werden.
Ich würde einen Abschlag für Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und Kühlschrank in Höhe von 150€ nehmen, da sie relativ neu sind und ich auch einen (höheren als jetzt) Abschlag an die Vormieterin gezahlt habe.
