WICHTIG❗️[[Es geht zunächst um eine kurzfristige Vermietung über 3 Monate mit der anschließenden Möglichkeit auf ein dauerhaftes Mietverhältnis!]]
Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer. Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist das größte der 3. Es ist hell und frisch renoviert. Die Fenster haben Plissees zum verdunkeln. Mehr Infos siehe Grundriss und Fotos.
Die Wohnung ist auf der Bornheimer Straße! Es ist eine ruhige Gegend unweit von den Tramstationen „Zollstockgürtel“ und „Gottesweg“. Unweit liegt der Vorgebirgspark. Es gibt außerdem zwei nette Cafés, alle möglichen Supermärkte und natürlich ein paar Spätis :)
Du wirst mit Matthias zusammen wohnen. Er ist ein liebevoller netter Mensch der immer für ein netten Talk zu haben ist! Er befindet sich am Ende seines Medizinstudiums und ist dementsprechend viel beschäftigt.
Bei Interesse und Fragen stehe ich gerne zur Verfügung.
