Wir suchen Zwischenmiete in Haus-WG

Das Haus ist groß und alt. Das bietet einerseits viel Platz und Möglichkeiten sich auszuleben, wir haben zum Beispiel eine Werkstatt im Keller und viel Stauraum. Andererseits bedeutet es auch eine Menge Improvisation und Reparatur. Das Haus ist zweigeschössig mit Treppe und allein deshalb leider nicht rollstuhlgerecht. Und für starke Allergiker*innen oder Personen mit Atemwegserkrankungen ist das Haus vermutlich auch nicht so gut geeignet.

Wir sind hier am Stadtrand mit dem Dünnwalder Forst und zwei Seen in direkter Nähe, zudem gibt es noch die Tram 4, mit der du in 15 Minuten am Wiener Platz in Mühlheim bist.

The house is big and old. On the one hand, this offers a lot of space and possibilities; for example, we have a workshop in the basement and a lot of storage space. On the other hand, it also means a lot of improvisation and repair. It's a two-story house with stairs, so it's not wheelchair-accessible. And for people with strong allergies or respiratory diseases, the house is probably not so well suited.
We are on the outskirts of the city with the Dünnwalder Forst and two lakes nearby, and there is also the tram 4, which takes you to Wiener Platz in Mühlheim in 15 minutes.

Wir sind ein siebenköpfiger, ziemlich zusammengewürfelter Haufen,
zwischen
23 und 34 sowie ein Hund. Wir wohnen in einer kleinen, selbst umgebauten
Gewerbehalle in
Dünnwald. Ein paar von uns sind trans und/oder nicht-binär und
deshalb ist es uns wichtig, dass du offen für queere/LGBTIAQ* Themen
bist und Pronomen respektiert werden. Wir
sind auf unterschiedliche Art und Weise politisch involviert und wir
beschäftigen uns mit Themen wie z.B. Queerfeminismus, Antirassismus und
Klimagerechtigkeit. Hauptsächlich machen wir das individuell, manchmal
aber auch als Gruppe.

Wir bezahlen im Durchschnitt 300 Euro Miete pro Zimmer, versuchen die Miete aber solidarisch umzuverteilen. In der Miete ist auch schon die gemeinsame Essenskasse drin, aus der wir alle veganen Lebensmittel kaufen. Wir gehen aber auch containern.

Ein Teil von uns ernährt sich ausschließlich vegan, aber nicht alle. Daher haben wir uns darauf geeinigt möglichst vegan zu kochen und eher wenige tierische Produkte im Haus zu haben. Fleisch wird eigentlich nicht gekocht.

Unser Zusammenleben ist davon geprägt, dass wir eine große WG sind, das
bedeutet, dass manchmal viel los ist, manchmal nicht so viel. Es ist mal
mehr, mal weniger gemeinschaftlich, wir freuen uns über einen neuen
Mitbewohni, wo Lust auf Gemeinschaft hat! Wir organisieren uns in wöchentlichen Treffen, das ist relativ zeitintensiv.
Wir frühstücken gerne zusammen und quatschen uns am Küchentisch fest. Unsere
Haustür geht an einigen Tagen ständig auf und zu, weil soviel Besuch den
Kopf durch die Tür steckt. Und an anderen Tagen verkrümeln sich
alle in ihre Zimmer oder sind unterwegs.

We're an eight-person, fairly mixed-up group, between 23 and 34, living in a small, self-remodeled commercial space in Dünnwald. A few of us are trans and/or non-binary and therefore it is important to us that you are open to queer/LGBTIAQ* topics and that pronouns are respected. At the moment there are also one dog living here. We are politically involved in different ways and we deal with issues like queer feminism, anti-racism and climate justice. Mainly we do this individually, but sometimes as a group.

We pay on average 300 Euro rent per room, but we try to redistribute the rent in solidarity. The rent also includes the common food, from which we buy all vegan food. But we also go dumpster diving.
A part of us eats exclusively vegan, but not all of us. Therefore, we have agreed to cook as vegan as possible and to have rather few animal products in the house. Meat is not really cooked.

Our life together is communal, sometimes more, sometimes less. We organize ourselves in weekly meetings and have a cleaning schedule. We like to eat breakfast together and chat around the kitchen table. Our front door is constantly opening and closing some days because so many visitors stick their heads through the door. And other days, everyone disappears into their rooms or is out and about.
