Hello there,
The room is bright. Sunlight shines in the morning. It’s not furnished these are pictures from an old flatmate for inspiration. However, you keep the curtains and there is a closet in the keller that you can have.
We are looking for someone who is already working and ideally communtes/travels.
We do have:
- dishwasher
- waching clothes machine
- oven
- microwave (currently needs fixing)
Interviews will happen this weekend ideally and we can agree when you want to move ( latest 1st March)

Location is the best part of the flat. 5min by foot to station zoo/flora and you can get 18. Köln hbf is 4 stations away so in 15/20min max. By bike it’s 10/12 min. The rhein is behind us and sometimes I walk all the way to altstadt by foot. It takes 25 min
At front of the house is the zoo so it’s calm and green.
We are currently 2 people. Kathi and myself. In the future the house might be only for 2 (so it’s you and myself) since Kathi is looking to move with her friend but it’s not yet confirmed.
I am a marketing manager and I am 28. I travel often and communte a lot and would like someone with similar lifestyle (It’s also nice to have the house for yourself (when I travel/you do)
Kathi is a student in social science, she is 21. Each lives by her own and we have different timings but we do have chitchat moments in the kitchen, She is a nice person and easy to communciate with. We both like music and play guitar.
Cleaning goes without saying. The space is not that big so we always clean after ourselves. Internationals are most welcome 🙌
We share TV /Radio fees between us. And it is 6 euro per person per month.
