Welcome to our lovely 9 people (+ cat & dog) house family ☀️
The room is located on the very top floor of the house. So the rooftop is accessible through your room. I’ll be gone for 6 months, so I’mma leave some furniture here. What exactly can be discussed in person, but you will definitely have space on the shelves for your stuff :)
The house has a wonderful location, located in Bayenthal, and only few minutes away from the Rhine where you can enjoy the sunny weather or go jogging.
5 minutes walk away is Schönhauser Str., where you can take the trams 16 and 17, and in less than 5 minutes you can shop in any supermarket (Penny, Rewe, Alnatura, DM, Lidl). A variety of restaurants can also be found in the area.
We have a large house here, consisting of 4 floors. We all share a cosy kitchen, a dreamy garden and a relaxing balcony. As a household we are like a close family, we spend a lot of time together but still respect each other's privacy. We are a German-English speaking, international household, so it would be great if you can communicate in English/ both languages. We are looking for someone who is open-minded, fun, chill and would get along well with the vibe and energy of the house. Cleanliness is a must here.
We are mainly looking for a female to keep the balance, but don‘t hesitate if you’re non-binary, this is a queer friendly household :)

We are a big family and hang out most days together, but also respect each other's privacy. We’re looking for someone that is easygoing, fun, respectful of others and would blend right in with us. We organize few parties on special occasions but don’t party constantly. We prefer to just hangout together, so it shouldn’t be a problem for you if it gets a bit loud sometimes.
