Leider müssen wir beruflich bedingt umziehen, so dass wir 2 Zimmer abzugeben haben. Eines hat ca. 17qm, das andere 21 qm. Die Küche und das Bad sind gemütlich aber nicht sehr geräumig In einem Zimmer wohnt noch unser Mitbewohner Robin, der ebenfalls Student ist. Das größere Zimmer ist mit Laminat ausgelegt und hat große Fenster zur Ostseite (Sonnenaufgang!). Das kleinere Zimmer hat einen Teppich und ein Fenster Richtung Westen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Man läuft 3 Minuten in die Innenstadt und je 10 zur FH und zum Bahnhof. Supermärkte befinden sich ebenfalls im Umkreis von wenigen 100 Metern.
Das Haus wird auch "Wohnheim 7" genannt, da hier fast nur Studenten wohnen. Kontakte knüpfen fällt hier sehr leicht!
