Das Zimmer ist klein, aber fein! Der Teppich ist anderthalb Jahre alt und sauber. Das Fenster ist etwas alt, aber ein neues ist bereits in Arbeit! Leider gibt es keinen Zimmerschlüssel, aber es kommt auch niemand einfach ins Zimmer, wenn man ihn nicht ausdrücklich herein bittet.
Die Wohnung ist ziemlich zentral gelegen. Bis zum Stadtzentrum sind es nur wenige Meter, wodurch viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten geboten sind. Gar nicht weit weg befindet sich auch ein schöner Park und bis zur Hochschule, sowie auch bis zur Lohmannstraße, sind es maximal 10 min zu Fuß.
Die WG-Bewohner sind sehr nett und aufgeschlossen und auch die anderen Hausbewohner sind alle sehr umgänglich. Im Haus wohnen fast ausschließlich Studenten und eine ältere Frau, die sich um alles kümmert, wofür wir Studenten zu faul sind (z.B. Mülltonnen rausbringen).
Leider sind die Parkmöglichkeiten hier sehr begrenzt, daher bietet es sich gerade für Leute ohne Auto an, hier zu wohnen. Zu Fuß und mit dem Rad gelangt man von hier aus überall ziemlich schnell hin!
