Nur eingeschriebene Studenten an der Uni Konstanz oder HTWG, die noch nicht länger als 4 Semester bei Seezeit gewohnt haben. Es ist ein Zimmer im Wohnheim Petershausen Bahnhof von Seezeit. Leider kann ich Nachrichten erst wieder ab 3.04 beantworten und es können erst dann Castings/online castings stattfinden. Solange die Anzeige online ist, ist das Zimmer noch frei.
Das Zimmer kann vom *15.04. bis zum 31.08 oder 30.09* bewohnt werden.
Das Zimmer ist 13m^2 groß, schön hell und komplett möbiliert (Bett, Schrank, Regal Schreibtisch, Stuhl). Du hättest dein eignes WC mit Toilette und Waschbecken. Das Bad mit Dusche wird von allen geteilt. Die Couch kann eventuell bei Interesse übernommen werden. Die Küche ist groß und voll ausgestattet mit neuem Ofen, Herd, Kühlschrank und Esstisch. Es gibt Fußbodenheizung in der gesamten Wohnung, die individuell in jedem Raum reguliert werden kann. Es gibt schnelles WLAN. Es gibt auch einen Fahrradkeller und eine Tiefgarage.
Only enrolled students at the university Konstanz or HTWG, that did not live at a seezeit residence for longer than 4 semesters already. It is a room in Seezeit Petershausen Bahnhof student residence. Unfortunately I can only answer messages from the 03.04 on and castings/online Castings will be then. As long as the offer is active, the room is available.
The room can be occupied from *15.04. to 31.08. or 30.09*.
The room is 13m^2 in size, nice and bright and fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, shelf, desk, chair). You would have your own WC with toilet and washbasin. The bathroom with shower is shared by everyone.The couch can be taken over if you are interested. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with a new oven, stove, refrigerator and dining table. There is underfloor heating throughout the apartment, which can be individually regulated in each room. Fast Wifi is provided. There is also a bicycle storage room and an underground parking garage.
Das Zimmer ist im schönen Petershausen. In der Uni und der HTWG ist man mit dem Fahrrad oder Bus in 15 min. Mehrere Supermärkte und dm sind 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. In die Altstadt braucht man mit dem Fahrrad 10 min oder zu Fuß 20. Man ist auch in 10 min zu Fuß am Seerhein und Herose Park, wo man besonders im Sommer sehr schön Zeit verbringen kann. Außerdem ist die Bahnstation Petershausen Bahnhof fast vor der Tür und man ist in 4 min in der Altstadt und kann direkt in die Regionalzüge aus Konstanz raus einsteigen.
The room is in beautiful Petershausen. The university and the HTWG are 15 minutes away by bike or bus. Several supermarkets and dm are a 10-minute walk away. The old town is 10 minutes away by bike or 20 minutes on foot. It is also a 10-minute walk to the Seerhein and Herose Park, where you can spend a lot of time, especially in summer. In addition, the Petershausen train station is almost on the doorstep and you can be in the old town in 4 minutes and can get directly on the regional trains from Constance.
Du hättest zwei liebe und aufgeschlossene Mitbewohner. Niklas (24) studiert Maschinenbau an der HTWG und ist sportbegeistert. Kristina (19) studiert Jura und malt in ihrer Freizeit gerne. Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt und harmonisch. Man verquatscht sich gerne mal in der Küche, aber jeder hat auch seinen eigenen Alltag. Ganz nach dem Motto "alles kann, nichts muss".
You would have two lovely and open-minded flatmates. Niklas (24) studies mechanical engineering at the HTWG and is a sports enthusiast. Kristina (19) is studying law and likes to paint in her free time. Life in the shared flat is very relaxed and harmonious. People like to chat in the kitchen, but everyone also has their own daily routine. True to the motto "everything can, nothing must".

Da das Zimmer in einem Wohnheim des Studentenwerks ist, können nur eingeschriebene Studenten hier wohnen. Internationals sind wilkommen. Die 396 Euro sind die komplette Warmmiete. Es kommen nur monatlich 6,12 Euro für die Rundfunkgebühren hinzu, die in Deutschland verpflichtend gezahlt werden müssen. Waschmaschinen und Trockner gibt es im Keller und sie kosten 2,5 Euro pro Nutzung. Mietbeginn wäre der 15.04. Das Zimmer kann bis 31.08. oder 30.09 September gemietet werden.

As the room is in a hall of residence of the Studentenwerk, only enrolled students can live here. Internationals are welcome. The 396 euros are the full warm rent. There is only an additional 6.12 euros per month for the broadcasting fee, which is compulsory in Germany. There are washing machines and dryers in the basement and they cost 2.5 euros per use. The start of the rental period would be 15.04. The room can be rented until 31.08. or 30.09. September.
