International Student for a 3 month Internship

I am a 21 year old from India, I don't have the habits like smoking or drinking, I don't have any pets, I adjust with the situations and keep the home in a harmony and creates peace to the house members. There will be no problem to any house members when it comes to cooking or using the house furniture. As I live for a very short span I can build good relations with everyone.

I was selected for Daad wise scholarship for this summer and I will do a research internship at University of Konstanz from May 13th to August 8 th. I am looking for an accommodation which suites to my personality. I can pay back the rent every month within the due time as there is a guarantee of scholarship on a daily basis.

I feel like I am an ideal person to rent for this short period and I can promise there won't be any compliants.
