ich möchte bald ausziehen und suche einen nachmieter für die Wohnung.
Die Wohnung hat 3.5 zimmer, ein Badezimmer und ein extra gäste wc.
Eine große terasse ist auch vorhanden für raucher.
Deine Mitbewohner wären Kristina und Eric.
Lidl ist ca. 5min zu Fuß entfernt. Das Amt 1min.
Die Uni ist entweder 10-15min mit dem Fahrrad entfernt oder man nimmt den Bus nr 6 und ist in 7min da, die Bushaltestelle ist 10meter von der Wohnung entfernt, also quasi genau daneben.
Zum Hauptbahnhof kommt man sehr schnell wenn man der Regiobahn fährt, die ist auch nur 1min entfernt. Oder man nimmt Bus 34/72 (ca. 10min für beide).
Ein kleiner Park mit verschiedenen kleinen Läden ist auch ganz in der Nähe
Miete kostet 340 euro warm im monat + 14euro für internet.
