Die WG liegt ca. 20 Gehminuten von der FH Kufstein und 30 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Beide sind jedoch auch mit dem Bus gut zu erreichen, da sich in der Nähe zwei Bushaltestellen befinden.
Zu den Lebensmittelgeschäften in der Nachbarschaft zählen Lidl, Spar und Hofer. Alle sind etwa 5 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt.

The WG is located at around 20 minutes walking distance from the FH Kufstein, and 30 minutes from the train station. However, both are easily reachable by bus as well, as there are 2 bus stops nearby.
Grocery stores in the neighborhood include Lidl, Spar and Hofer. All of them are at around 5 minutes walking distance from the house.
Im Moment leben wir mit 2 Mädchen in der WG. Unsere Namen sind Femke und Zoé. Wir sind beide Studierende der FH Kufstein. Wir kommen aus den Niederlanden und Frankreich, daher ist die Hauptsprache, die in der WG gesprochen wird, Englisch. Allerdings können wir beide Deutsch sprechen und verstehen.
Die allgemeine Atmosphäre in der WG ist wirklich gut. Wir sind gute Freunde und hoffen, dass es auch mit einem möglichen neuen Bewohner so sein wird.

Right now we are living in the WG with 2 girls. Our names are Femke and Zoé. We are both students at the FH Kufstein. We are from the Netherlands and France, so the primary language that's spoken in the WG is English. However, we both can speak and understand German.
The overall atmosphere in the WG is really good. We are good friends and hoping it'll be like that with a possible new resident too.
